  • 1 cup of freshly grated ginger
  • 1 cup of freshly grated turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons of organic honey
  • Black pepper
  • Some lemon juice   
  • 1 liter of water

How to prepare

Heat the water in a pan around 50 degrees and add grated ginger and turmeric into the pan and mix well.

Now add some seeds of black pepper, or you can also crush them well and add them into the water and mix well.

Leave it for 30 to 35 minutes and now off the flame, let it cool down for a while, and let the temperature fall to 35 degrees.
