2. Aloe-vera

Extract some fresh aloe vera gel, and at night, after brushing, apply some aloe vera gel to your gums and teeth using your brush, or also, you can use your fingers and massage for a while gently.

4. Eucalyptus Oil

How to use

Mix 2 drops of eucalyptus oil with 2 tbsp. Of water and mix it well. 

Now gently massage it to your gums and teeth for a few minutes by using your fingers or a toothbrush and wash with normal water.

5. Myrrh

Mix some water with myrrh powder to make a fine paste and apply this gently on teeth, and massage for a few minutes.

Close the lid tightly and keep in a dry place and shake it daily for 4 weeks and let it infuse well so the essence can appear.  

After a month, apply this oil daily on the teeth and gums once a day.  

8. Salt water 

Add some salt in lukewarm water and swirl in the mouth well and repeat this 4 to 5 times. Saltwater reduces inflammation and swelling and kills bacteria. 

9. Proper Diet  

Taking a proper diet can also help in gum receding. Add more omega-3 to your diet with vitamins and nutrients. Eat more veggies and fruits and try to avoid junk food and sticky sweet items.
