Foods that lower uric acid: Uric acid is a natural waste compound that adds carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, and other components. Uric acid releases during the food digestion process and our body naturally filters it through urine.

Especially purines rich diet like meat, beer, beans develop uric acid and if you take excess purines food you can naturally increase the level of uric acid in the body.

Uric acid is a by-product and should be in a balance due to excess increased level can create various troubles for you and lead through diseases called joint pain, gout, or hyperuricemia or arthritis.

1. Apples:

People who have increased uric acid level and all of your tests and diagnosis informed about the future trouble must start apple in their regular diet. You must not stop your regular medication only add this as well.

Eating apples or drinking fresh apple juice can neutralize the acidic level. Apple is rich in malic acid that helps to maintain a balance of uric acid and many patients have felt relief after adding apple into their regular diet chart.

2. Water:

We all know that we must drink plenty of water every day because it keeps us hydrated and flush out all the harmful toxins from our body.

Drinking 8 to 9 glass water can relieve uric acid and helps kidneys to start the filtration process naturally.

If you don’t like plain water take fresh fruit juice with it without adding sugar. Sugar can increase the trouble so cut out sugary products as well and take fresh and natural beverages.  

3. French Beans:

So take one glass of water and add 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar and mix well and drink twice in a day.

5. Berries:
