Many people never get enough sleep due to their poor lifestyle. Using too much screen for late-night or watching TV for a long time can make you tired. You need at least 6 to 8 hours of a good night’s sleep every night, and less sleep can make you sick.

The journal study revealed that people who sleep less than 6 hours had increased chances of early death than sleeping for eight hours at night.

Young people aged 16 to 45 are much affected by this, and it can shorten their life.

2. Sleeping too Much

On the opposite side, sleeping too much, or we can say more than eight hours is also not good for living a long life.

Many researchers have announced that a person who sleeps more than nine hours has a higher chance of premature death, which can become a significant cause of a shortened lifespan. 

Some people use sleeping people, which can become an addiction that is also not a good sign for longevity.  

3. Less Social Exposure

Some social experiments done on volunteers announced that people who are social and love to make new friends and do well with their professional life have more chances to live a long life than those who are retired or less social.

The research also informed that people who retired early have more chances of early death than those who are still working.

The daily traffic noise, an everyday struggle for getting a small ingredient, can make you stressed, and loud noise affects your blood vessels and nervous system that is not good at all.

If you are doing only cardio exercise and depend on your gym to stay fit and healthy, you make sure that this is not good.

Eating starts from our birth and remains till our death, and we can’t survive without it. Whatever we eat affects us from all aspects. People love to eat junk food and fast food in this modern age because they are delicious and look fantastic.

But you must know that excessively eating junk foods can decrease your lifespan without any indication. It can enhance the cholesterol level and affects your heart’s health.

Poor eating habits can make you obese and addicted. Try to eat homemade fresh food and add more veggies and salad to your diet.

Millions of people are fans of meat products, including pork, beef, turkey, red meat, chicken, bacon, etc. A study done by Harvard Medical School revealed a surprising fact that eating excess animal products or meat can shorten your life and increase your death risk moreover 13%.

This data is astonishing but a truth. Animal products contain excess sodium and saturated fat, and unprocessed meat and canned products are more harmful to a healthy life. Eating twice a week is okay, but regular eating can be dangerous.

Again a routine habit without we can’t imagine our day. Nowadays, people are seriously busy with their smartphones, laptops, I-pod, tabs, etc., day by day; their usage has been increasing as tech has dominated the whole world.

Using too many smartphones like talking, texting, working for a long time can cause back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, and abnormal posture. It also affects our blood vessels and affects internal organs too.

Now, this looks pretty normal and everybody doing this in their routine using plastic bottles for drinking water is familiar but not suitable for long life.

Studies have proved that plastic contains a particular chemical that is harmful to our health. Initially, it can be surprising, but that’s true. The regular habit can provoke several diseases like stroke, breast cancer, type 2 diabetes, fibroids, and stomach issues.

The experts suggest that you can use BPA-free bottles for drinking water that are safer than plastic bottles. One can use steel bottles, copper bottles instead of harmful plastic bottles.
