Ingredients you need for:

  • 3 to 4 fresh garlic cloves
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon organic honey
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • Half teaspoon Black pepper  

Preparation

Add milk into a pan and let it boil for 2 minutes. Take garlic cloves and peel the skin and crush it with a knife. Do not chop or grind it.

Add it into the milk, add black pepper and turmeric powder, and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes, and off the flame.

Cooldown the mixture for some minutes and sieve it into a glass and add honey to increase the milk’s taste and usefulness.

Now drink this milk slowly and do not throw the remaining garlic in the strainer. Eat them also. Repeat this procedure daily.

Cook the mixture well and make sure that garlic has released all its juices and became soft. Do not overcook and undercook it.
